GLOBAL FIRE PTY LTD (GLOBAL FIRE, we, us and our) respects your rights to privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

This Privacy Policy (this Policy) explains how and why we use, hold and disclose personal information collected through our website at (Site), or directly from you.  

This Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by GLOBAL FIRE.

2.       What personal information does GLOBAL FIRE collect?

If ownership or control of all or part of our business changes, we may also transfer your personal information to the new owner.

You can contact us to access or request correction of personal information that we hold about you. There may be some exceptions to this, but we will let you know at the time.

There is no charge for requesting access to your personal information, but we may require you to meet our reasonable costs in providing you with access (such as photocopying costs or costs for time spent on collating large amounts of material).
